摘  要:研究纺机采棉原料时梳棉机相关速度对半制品质量的影响。以生条棉结、重量短绒率、重量平均长度及落棉率为评价指标,选取刺辊速度、锡林速度及盖板速度作为试验因素,进行多指标有重复值正交试验。结果表明:刺辊速度是4项质量指标的主要影响因素;锡林速度对短绒率及纤维平均长度有较大影响;盖板速度对棉结及落棉率有较大影响;多指标综合优化中锡林速度对综合质量指标有显著影响,最佳方案为3个刺辊速度1 060r/min×1 657r/min×2 183r/min,锡林速度460r/min,盖板速度180r/min。认为:多指标优化结果对于提高纺机采棉半成品质量具有指导作用。The influences of related carding machine speeds for machine picked cotton spinning on half fin- ished product quality were studied. Sliver neps,weight short fiber content,mean length by weight and waste per- centage were taken as evaluation indexes. Licker-in speed, cylinder speed and flat speed were taken as experimen- tal factor for mult-index orthogonal test with duplicate value. The test results show that licker-in speed is the main contributory factor among four quality indexes. The short fiber content and fiber average length are greatly affected by cylinder speed. Neps and waste percentage are greatly influenced by flat speed. In multi-index compre- hensive optimization, cylinder speed has obvious effect on comprehensive quality indexes. The optimized scheme is 1 060 r/minX 1 657 r/minX 2 183 r/min for three licker-in speed,460 r/min for cylinder speed and 180 mm/min for flat speed. It is considered that multi-index optimizing results are significant guidance to improve the half fin- ished product quality of machine picked cotton.
