摘 要:探讨了牛仔织物在低负荷下的性能指标与织物风格的关系。采用KES-F织物风格仪测试了6种牛仔织物在低负荷下的16项性能指标,并利用SPSS软件的主成分分析功能分析所得的数据,提取了影响牛仔织物风格的主成分,用以表征牛仔织物的基本风格。结果表明:由主成分分析可提取硬挺度、滑糯度、保型度、丰满度共4项主成分,可涵盖16项原始指标的96.556%,可极大程度地完整描述织物风格。认为:从中获取的综合风格值排名可以用以指导牛仔织物的生产及消费者的购买选择。The relationship between the properties of denim fabric under low-load with fabric style was dis- cussed. Sixteen property indexes of six denim fabrics under low-load were tested by KES-F fabric style instru ment. The data obtained were analyzed by the principle component analysis function in SPSS software. The main component affecting the style of denim fabric was extracted to evaluate the basic style of denim fabric. The test results show that four main components including stiffness, smoothness, form-keeping degree and richness can be extracted with principle component analysis. They can cover 96. 556% of the sixteen original indexes. The fabric style can be fully described to a great extent. It is considered that the comprehensive style ranking obtained can be used as the guidance for the production and customer purchase choice of denim fabric.
