摘 要:探讨云服务和物联网技术在并条机上的应用。以BHFA80A型物联网并条机开发为例,分析介绍了智能牵伸调节的自动化优势和信息化解决方案、自调匀整和在线检测数据的物联方案、吸风清洁系统自动化调节与信息化方案。实践表明:该型并条机主要部件的信息化设计为物联网技术的应用提供了基础条件。物联网技术的应用提高了并条机的信息化程度,实现了并条工序生产过程的无线监控。认为:并条机物联网功能的应用有助于提高生产效率和管理水平。The applications of cloud service and internet of things technology in drawing frame were dis- cussed. The development of BHFASOA internet of things drawing frame was taken as an example. The automa- tion advantage & informatization solution for intelligent draft adjustment,the internet of things for auto-levelling online test data and the automotive adjust & informatization scheme for induced draft cleaning system were an- alyzed and introduced. The practice shows that the informatization design for main parts of this type of drawing frame provide the basic condition for the application of internet of things technology. The informatization degree was improved and the wireless monitoring of drawing process was achieved by the technology application of inter- net of things. It is considered that the application of the internet of things function in drawing frame is beneficial to the improvement of production efficiency and management level.
