摘　　要：探讨国产聚酰亚胺纤维的性能及其纱线的开发。介绍和分析了国产高性能聚酰亚胺短纤的主要性能以及评价标准。采用国产聚酰亚胺纤维为原料,以18tex针织用纱的生产过程为例,总结了9.8tex^18tex系列纯纺及混纺单纱和股线的生产技术和管理体会。认为:加强对国产聚酰亚胺纤维的研究和相关产品的开发,可以使具有优异性能的国产聚酰亚胺纤维更好地应用于相关领域。The properties of domestic polyimide fiber and its yarn development were discussed. The main properties and evaluation standard of domestic higher performance polyimide fiber were introduced and analyzed. Domestic polyimide fiber was used as raw material. The production of 18 tex knitting yarn was taken as an example. The production technology and management experience of pure 9.8 tex- 18 tex serial yarn spinning and blended single yarn and ply were summarized. It is considered that the research and relative product development of domestic polyimide fiber should be strengthened. Therefore,the domestic polyimide fiber with excellent proper- ties can be better used in related fields.
