摘 要:总结两种圆锥壳体三维织物的织造过程及其性能。以6K碳纤维和玻璃纤维织造圆锥壳体三维织物,介绍了织物组织结构、纱线准备、引纬方式等,对两种织物的织造过程进行了详细说明;对两种织物厚度、经密和拉伸性能进行了测试。结果表明:碳纤维织物厚度在4mm左右,经密在2根/cm至3根/cm;玻璃纤维织物厚度在3 mm左右,经密在3.8根/cm至4.2根/cm;玻璃纤维织物平均断裂强力2 898.3 N,断裂伸长37.5mm。认为:两种织物无论是结构还是性能均较优异,应用领域广阔。The weaving process and property of two kinds of circular cone shell three-dimensional fabrics were summarized. The circular eone shell three-diraensional fabrics were woven by 6K carbon fiber and glass fi- ber. The woven fabric structure, yarn preparation, weft insertion an so on were introduced. The weaving process of two kinds of fabrics were explained in details. The thickness, warp density and tensile strength of two fabrics were tested. The test results show that the thickness of carbon fiber fabric was around 4 mra and the warp density was from 2 eounts/cm to 3 counts/era while the thickness of glass fiber fabric was around 3 ram and the warp density was from 3.8 counts/era to 4.2 eounts/em. The average breaking strength of glass fiber fabric was 2 898.3 N and breaking elongation was 37.5 mra. It is eonsidered that both fabrics are excellent no matter in structure or proper- ties. They have wider application area.
