表姐妹同患新生儿红斑狼疮2例

摘　　要：两例患儿均为女婴,出生后1个月内面部红斑。两例患儿及其母亲抗核抗体(ANA)、抗SSA抗体(+),诊断为新生儿红斑狼疮。两例患儿母亲为姊妹关系。Two female infants presented with erythema on the faces within 1 month affer birth. Two infants and their mothers were positive for antinuclear antibody （ANA） and anti-SSA antibody, and they were diagnosed as neonatal lupus erythemato- sus. Mothers of the two infants were biological siblings.
