摘  要:为适应电力新业务发展和网络安全防护的新需求,电力行业已开展了量子保密通信技术相关的初步研究开发与示范工程工作,建设完成了电力量子城域网和电力量子广域网,依托网络开展了部分业务应用,并在防护体系及安全性、天地体系架构等方面开展科技研究。结合实际工程,文章阐述了量子保密通信未来亟需着重解决的环境适应性、工程实用化、应用针对性等方面的若干技术问题。通过对发展现状进行梳理,重点解决存在的关键问题,切实提高量子保密通信技术在电力系统环境下的适应性和经济性,以尽快构建新型的更可靠的下一代电网安全防护体系,全面提升安全防护技术和能力。In order to meet the latest requirements of new business development and network security protection, preliminary demonstration projects related to quantum secure communication technology have been launched in electric power industry, such as the construction of the electric power quantum metropolitan area network and wide area network, the launch of some business applications relying on these network further and the scientific and technological researches in the field of security, satellite and ground architecture, etc. Combined with the actual project, this paper describes several technical issues of quantum secure communication which should be emphasized in future concerning environmental adaptability, practical engineering, application and so on. Through sorting out the current developing situation and focusing on solving the key existing problems in the electric power system, we aim at effectively improving the adaptability and economy of quantum secure communication technology in the power system environment, to build a new and more reliable next-generation power grid security protection system as soon as possible, so as to enhance security-protection technology and capabilities.
