摘 要:评估全球大型光伏电站基地的开发潜力,对于支撑全球能源互联网建设、推动以清洁和绿色方式满足全球电力需求具有重要价值。分析全球太阳能资源分布特征,梳理全球重点太阳能发电基地情况;综合考虑单位面积安装量、太阳能辐射量、地形条件等因素,建立光伏电站基地装机理论开发量、年理论发电量和利用小时数评估分析模型,应用大型光伏电站基地开发潜力评估系统,以北非、美国西南部大型光伏电站基地为案例分析其开发潜力。分析表明,北非、美国西南部地区太阳能资源丰富,光伏电站基地开发潜力大,未来可作为全球能源互联网重要的电源之一。光伏电站基地日发电出力呈现典型单峰特性且在夏季期间出力达到最大,不同基地之间由于时差存在出力互补关系。Evaluating the development potential of large-scale PV power base is of great value in supporting the construction of Global Energy Interconnection (GEI) and meeting global electricity needs by supplying clean energy. The characteristics of global solar resources are analyzed and the current status of global key large- scale PV power base is summed up. The analysis model including development potential, annual theory generation and full load hours is established based on the facts of capacity per square meter, global horizontal irradiation and geographical conditions. The development potential of large-scale PV power base in North Africa and US southwest area are studied by applying the evaluating system of global PV power base. The results show that PV power base in North Africa and US southwest area have very rich solar resources as well as the great PV power development potential, which could become one of the power supply of GEI in the future. Daily PV power output has single-peak characteristics and reach the maximum in summer, there is complementary relations among different bases due to time differences.
