摘 要:本文针对实际工况下光电滑环性能检测的需求,提出了一种新型的光电滑环检测装置设计方案。该方案能够模拟光电滑环的实际工作状态,并能够在实际工作转速下动态检测光电滑环的光学和电气性能。根据该方案实际设计了一种水密环境下的光电滑环检测装置,实现了变速高压条件下水密光电滑环系列产品插入损耗、寿命的检测,实际测试应用效果良好。In this paper,a new type of detection device is proposed for the requirement of opto-electrical rotary joint performance testing under actual conditions. The scheme can simulate the actual working status of the opto-electrical rotary joint,also can dynamically detect the optical and electrical properties of the opto-electrical rotary joint under the actual working speed. According to the scheme,an opto-electrical rotary joint detection device in watertight environment was actually designed,with the device,the insertion loss and life of the series of watertight opto-electrical rotary joint under variable speed and high pressure conditions. The actual test application effect is good.
