摘 要:基于切向极化薄壁压电圆管结构研制了高灵敏度水听器。依据薄膜理论,由压电圆管的几何方程、振动方程和压电方程推导出其频率方程。通过振动分析获得圆管径向和轴向谐振频率的工程设计公式,确定了薄壁圆管结构对其接收灵敏度的影响。应用有限元法完成圆管水听器的性能仿真,制作了水听器样品,测试结果与理论分析相吻合。水听器样品在测试频段内最大接收灵敏度级达-179.1dB。A high sensitivity hydrophone based on tangential polarized thin shell piezoelectric cy- lindrical tube was developed. Applying the membrane theory, the frequency equations were ob- tained from the geometrical equations, motion equations and piezoelectric equations. The vibra- tions of the tube was analyzed including the radially and longitudinal resonance frequency, and the influence of the tubers configuration to its sensitivity was studied. The major performances of the hydrophone were predicted through finite element method. The corresponding tests of a hy- drophone prototype showed the maximum sensitivity of -179.1 dB in the certain band.
