摘  要:柯萨奇B3病毒(CVB3)是小RNA病毒科肠道病毒属的一员,是急性和慢性病毒性心肌炎的主要致病原。虽然经过大量动物实验、人体心肌活检以及体外实验研究,病毒性心肌炎的发病机制逐渐清晰,但目前临床仍缺乏有效的预防手段与特异的治疗药物。近年来microRNAs(miRNAs)成为基因水平的研究热点,而宿主miRNAs与CVB3之间的密切关系也逐渐被科学家们发掘,可能为病毒性心肌炎的治疗和预防提供新方向。Coxsackievirus B3(CVB3)is a member of the genus enterovirus within the family picornaviridae.It is an important causative agent of virus-induced acute and chronic heart disease.Although many animal experiments,myocardial biopsy and in vitro experiments have indicated the pathogenesis of viral myocarditis,there were no effective prevention and treatment strategies.In recent years,microRNAs(miRNAs)has become a hotspot in gene level research,and the close relationship between host miRNA and CVB3 has been gradually explored by scientists.It may provide new directions for the treatment and prevention of viral myocarditis.
