慎重对待科技论文署名等变更——以《高等学校化学学报》和《高等学校化学研究》期刊工作为例

摘　　要：近年来,科技论文投稿后作者要求对论文署名变更、署名顺序变更及单位变更的情况越来越多。本文结合工作实例分析了作者提出署名等变更的原因,发现不合理署名变更的根源是作者忽视版权法及不了解"不当署名"为严重学术问题。提出了避免科技论文署名等更改有效方法,指出对作者版权教育的重要性。建议科技期刊编辑部建立固定的工作流程处理作者提出的变更申请,并根据原则和实际情况妥善解决此类问题。In recent years,there is an increasing phenomenon that the authors ask to change authorship, order of authorship and affilations after submitting the scientific papers. In this paper,such instances that happened in Chemical Journal of Chinese Universities are analyzed. It is found that the root cause of unreasonable changes in authorship was the ignorance of copyright and not being aware that inappropriate authorship is a kind of academic misconduct.Afterwards, several effective methods to avoid alteration of authorship,order of authorship and affiliations in scientific papers are proposed,and the importance of copyright education to authors is pointed out. At last,it is suggested that the editorial departments of sci-tech journals should establish a fixed workflow to deal with the alteration requests made by the authors and properly solve the problems in accordance with the principles and actual conditions.
