摘　　要：针对目前学术期刊投稿模板普遍存在的可读性、可用性较差问题,提出了一种傻瓜式投稿模板的设计方法。基于Microsoft Office Word 2013软件,以《热力发电》杂志投稿模板为例,从设计思路入手,分步骤详细介绍了模板中页面设置、样式创建及开发工具应用,以及模板的保存使用等方法。杂志采用此方法设计的投稿模板,累计更新20余次,目前收效较好。该方法对编辑及其他电子文档性作业有参考价值。In view of the prevailing problems of poor readability and usability in contribution templates of academic journals, a design method of easy-operating submission templates is proposed.The submission template of Thermal Power Generation is taken as an example to introduce the design ideas and detailed steps of page settings,style creation,application of development tools,saving and using of the submission template based on Microsoft Office Word2013 software. The submission template that has been designed and updated more than 20 times by Thermal Power Generation is proved satisfactory. This method could be a reference for editing and other electronic document operations.
