摘　　要：中国学术期刊出版在遵守国内出版规定的同时,也要遵循国际出版规律。《遵循国际出版规律遵守国内出版规定——ISMTE第2届亚太会议综述(I)》综述了此次会议的国际期刊品牌打造及编辑团队建设、JATS&BITS、ORCID、Crossref4个会议议题。本文针对会议余下诸如中国学术期刊出版的国际化、Altmetrics、Open Access、Peer Review 4个会议议题进行梳理、分析和总结。通过会议综述(Ⅰ)、(Ⅱ),希望国内学术期刊在借鉴国际先进出版经验的同时,也要务实提高自身竞争力,加快走出去的步伐。China＇s academic journals publishing should follow the international publishing rules and trends and abide by China＇ s regulations related to publishing. The review of the Second ISMTE Asian-Pacific Conference, i. e., Following the international publishing rules and trends, and abiding by China＇ s regulations related to publishing： a review of the Second ISMTE Asian-Pacific Conference, is divided into two parts： Review I and Review II. Review I refers to making a successful international journal brand and a committed editorial team, JATS＆BITS, ORCID and Crossref. Review II reviews the other conference topics including the internationalization of Chinese publishing, Ahmetrics, Open Access, and Peer Review. Based on the Review I and II, domestic academic journals not only learn from the advanced international publishing experience, but also improve their competitiveness and speed up the pace of going out.
