摘 要:采用水提醇沉法提取青钱柳叶中粗多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,进一步采用柱前衍生HPLC法测定多糖中的单糖组成,并对3个不同来源的青钱柳叶中多糖和单糖的含量与构成进行比较分析。研究结果显示,青钱柳叶中粗多糖的平均质量分数为4.34%,青钱柳叶中多糖主要由木糖、甘露糖、鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、半乳糖、葡萄糖和核糖等单糖组成,其在粗多糖中的质量分数分别为3.04%、7.35%、8.46%、13.46%、24.32%、24.26%和6.16%。青钱柳叶中多糖因青钱柳叶来源不同而存在单糖组成差异。本研究为青钱柳叶质量控制与药理药效研究提供了依据。The polysaccharides were extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Phenol-sulfuric method was used for the determination of the content of polysacchrides. The monosacchride constituents of polysacchrides in the leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus were determined by pre- column derivatization HPLC. The content and composition of polysaccharides and monosaccharide from three different sources of Cyclocarya paliurus were analyzed and compared. The results displayed an average content of 4.34% for polysaccharides. The monosaccharide constituents of polysaccharides from the leaf of Cyclocarya paliurus are xylose, fructose, rhamnose, arabinose, galactose, glucose and ribose with their contents in polysaccharides being 3.04 %, 7.35 %, 8.46 %, 13.46 %, 24.32 %, 24.26 % and 6.16%, respectively. The monosaccharide constituents and the content of polysaccharides show differences among different sources of Cyclocarya paliurus. It provides a basis for quality control and pharmacological efficacy study of Cyclocarya paliurus.
