摘 要:羊毛细度是羊毛经济性状的一个重要指标。目前在细毛羊实际选种选育工作中,羊毛细度性状的评定仍以专业鉴定人员现场进行主观评定羊毛细度支数的方法为主。但随着毛纤维直径检测技术的推广,畜牧场逐渐开始运用纤维直径的客观检测技术进行羊的评定选育。为了对比这两种羊毛细度性状鉴定方式的差异,本研究采用SPSS软件对羊毛细度性状的主观评定和客观检测的数据进行配对性t检验,发现二者之间有极显著差异;通过对比分析发现,客观检测中细度支数本属于80支(<18μm)的个体中有29.8%被主观评定为70支(18.1~20.0μm),有26.3%的个体被主观评定为66支(20.1~21.5μm),若只按照主观评定的结果进行选种会造成很大的选种误差,并且严重埋没前期的育种成绩。表明为了提高细毛羊选种选育的准确性,一定要进行羊毛纤维直径的客观检测。Wool fineness is an important economic indicator of wool.At present,in the selection and breeding of fine wool sheep,the evaluation of wool fineness is mainly based on the subjective evaluation of the wool spinning numbers by the professional appraisers.Nevertheless,with the popularization of the detection technology in wool fiber diameter,the livestock farms gradually began to use objective detection technology of fiber diameter to conduct evaluation and breeding of sheep.In order to compare the difference between the two types of identification methods for wool fineness,we used SPSS software to make paired t test on the subjective and objective data of wool fineness traits.The results showed that there was a very significant difference between them.In addition,the comparative analysis showed that 29.8% of the individuals,which belonged to the 80(18μm)of spinning number,were subjectively assessed as 70(18.1-20.0μm);and then 26.3% of the individuals were subjectively assessed as 66(20.1-21.5μm)in the objective detection.If the selection was done only according to the subjective evaluation results,it will cause a large selection errors,and seriously buried the early breeding results.These results indicated that objective detection of wool fiber diameter must be done to improve the accuracy of selection and breeding of fine wool sheep.
