摘 要:为满足水产品清洗消毒的需求,设计适用新型消毒剂ClO_2的浓度控制系统。在分析模糊免疫PID控制器和自适应整定模糊PID控制器特点的基础上,结合两者的优势设计混合模糊PID控制系统并进行仿真实验。结果表明,自整定模糊免疫PID控制系统的动态性能良好,响应速度和对于周期性干扰的调整均能满足生产需求,超调量为7.5%左右,控制性能和鲁棒性能良好。并在样机上进行生产验证,能够初步达到仿真实验效果,为ClO_2消毒液的浓度控制提供新的发展思路和参考方向。In order to meet the needs of cleaning and disinfection of aquatic products,a concentration control system for the new disinfectant ClO2 was designed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of fuzzy immune PID controller and adaptive tuning fuzzy PID controller,a hybrid fuzzy PID control system was designed and simulated combing the advantages of both of them.The results showed that the self-tuning fuzzy immune PID control system had good dynamic performance,and the response speed and periodic interference adjustment can meet the production demand.The overshoot was about 7.5%,and the control performance and robust performance were excellent.The system had been verified on the prototype,and it can achieve preliminary simulation results,which provide a new development idea and reference direction for the concentration control of ClO2 disinfectant.
