摘 要:大学生体质健康问题已经逐渐演变成为一种危机,面临亟待解决的现实发展困境。本文基于大学公共体育的教学实践经验与反思,认为大学生体质健康水平被简单等同于体质测试成绩,使人们的认识前提发生了偏离,这既导致体质健康知识体系的构建问题未能得到应有重视,也使大学体育课程被迫异化成为体质测试的工具。大学生在这一现实困境中形成的对体育本身的拒斥与歧视是体质健康危机的症结所在。因此,体质健康测试应脱离大学体育教学而成为一个相对独立的评价体系,实施将运动专项技术与身体素质考核相结合的评价方式。The problem of physical health of college students has gradually evolved into a kind of crisis. It faces the difficult development situation that needs urgent solution. Based on the teaching practice experience and reflection of university public sports,it is considered that the college student's physical health level is simply equal to the physical fitness test result, which makes people's cognitive premise deviate. This not only leads to the construction of the physical health knowledge system but fails to receive due attention. It also forced the university sports curriculum to be alienated into a tool for physical fitness testing. The rejection and discrimination of sports itself formed by college students in this difficult situation are the crux of the physical health crisis. Therefore,it is proposed that the physical health test should be separated from the university physical education teaching and become a relatively independent evaluation system, and explore ways to ease the assessment methods such as the combination of sports special technology and physical fitness assessment.
