摘  要:密肋板在20世纪五六十年代有着广泛应用,大部分已使用超过50年,产生了混凝土碳化深度过大、钢筋局部锈蚀、混凝土酥松脱落等问题。本文分析了预张紧钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆面层法的技术优势,论述了采用预张紧钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆面层法加固密肋板的可行性。通过工程实例验证了采用预张紧钢丝绳网片-聚合物砂浆面层法加固密肋板可以显著提高其承载能力,满足后续使用年限要求,并提出了施工过程中需要注意的问题及相关技术措施。Ribbed plate is widely used in the fifties and sixties of the last century, and most of them have been used for over 50 years, so that some problems were appeared just like too large concrete carbonation depth, localized corrosion of steel, concrete crisp fall off and so on. This paper analyzed the technology advantages of the pre-tensioned wire rope piece-polymer mortar surface layer method, and discussed the use of wire rope mesh and polymer modified cement mortar layer to reinforce ribbed plate. Through engineering examples,it was demonstrated that using wire rope mesh and polymer modified cement mortar layer to reinforce ribbed plate may significantly increase its carrying capacity and meet the design working life for strengthening. Construction process issues that need to be paid attention and related technical measures were proposed.
