摘 要:以为寻求降低生产成本和减少环境污染的方法,试验采用低饱和度共沉淀法合成类水滑石,在合成的过程中存在废水量大和资源浪费的问题,通过对类水滑石母液回用的研究,探究类水滑石母液再用是否对新制备的类水滑石结构产生影响。试验采用低饱和度共沉淀法制备类水滑石,利用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)对所制备的类水滑石样品进行表征。试验结果表明:所制备的两种类水滑石材料MgAl3-1 HTLcs和Fe Mg Al3-1HTLcs其XRD图上并没有发现MgO、Al_2O_3、Mg(OH)_2或Al(OH)_3衍射峰,而且衍射峰型窄尖,说明样品中的晶相单一,晶面生长的有序度较高,结晶度较好,类水滑石滤液以及重用滤液对类水滑石结构的形成几乎不产生影响。因此类水滑石母液的重复利用既降低了生产成本,又减少了环境污染,而且还提高了原子利用率,节约了资源。In order to reduce the production cost and reduce the environmental pollution, the synthesis of hydrotalcite-like hydrotalcite by low saturation coprecipitation is a problem in the process of synthesis and waste of resources. Bystudying the reuse of hydrotalcite-like mother liquor, the effect of hydrotalcite - like mother liquor on the hydrotalcite -like structure was investigated. Hydrotalcite-like hydrotalcites were prepared by low saturation coprecipitation method.The prepared hydrotalcite-like hydrotalcite samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD). The resultsshowed that MgO, Al2O3, Mg (OH)2 or Al (OH)3 diffraction peaks are not found on the XRD patterns of MgAl3-1 HTLcs and FeMgAl3-1 HTLcs prepared by the two hydrotalcite-like materials. The results indicate that the crystalphase is single, the order of crystal growth is higher, the crystallinity is better, the hydrotalcite-like filtrate and reusefiltrate have little influence on the formation of hydrotalcite-like structure. Therefore, the reuse of the hydrotalcite-likemother liquor not only reduces the production cost, but also reduces the environmental pollution, improves the atomicutilization rate and saves the resources.
