摘 要:针对胺类捕收剂在浮选云母类矿物存在泡沫多且发粘、酸性环境中添加易腐蚀设备的问题,研发了新型云母类捕收剂P8X。采用十二胺、十八胺、季铵盐及新型云母类捕收剂P8X作捕收剂,研究了钒云母、石英单矿物浮选行为和非洲某矿石浮选分离行为。试验结果表明:相比较于胺类捕收剂,新型捕收剂P8X是具有较好选择性的钒云母捕收剂,且在弱碱性矿浆环境中使用,浮选过程中不会产生大量的粘性泡沫,能够高效的实现钒云母与石英的分离。通过Zeta-动电位测试、红外光谱图谱分析研究了P8X在矿物表面的作用机理,研究结果表明,P8X在钒云母表面发生了较强的化学吸附,在石英表面为物理吸附。Directed at the current situation that traditional amine collectors used in mica flotation could lead to someproblems such as produce a large amount of viscous foam and need to add in a strong acidic condition that wouldcorrode the equipment, a new collector was develop. The flotation behaviors of roscoelite and quartz and flotationseparation a real ores from Africa were studied by using flotation collector laurylamine, stearamine, quaternaryammonium salt and a new collector P8x. The test result shows that the new collector P8X has a much better selectivity,and can be used in alkaline environment without large amount of viscous foam during the flotation process compare toamine collectors, realizing the separation of roscoelite and quartz efficiently. Analysis of Zeta potential and IR spectratestified that chemisorption was the main reaction mechanism of PSX on roscoelite, while physical adsorption on quartz.
