摘  要:针对电动汽车储能、运行以及和交、直流电网之间能量转换的关键问题,设计了一种用于电动汽车与交、直流电网之间的集成双向变换器。变换器以三相全桥电路为主体,综合利用了牵引电机绕组电感作为接入电网时的无源元件,并采用接触器进行电路结构的变换,实现了驱动、牵引电机,蓄电池组充电以及与交、直流电网之间的能量传递的功能。新型变换器较传统装置的集成度更高、体积重量更小,同时还具有很高的功率密度。最后,对新型变换器的原理样机进行了不同模式下的运行试验,试验结果验证了新型变换器的功能。Aiming at the key problem of the electric vehicle (EV) for energy- storage, operation, and the energy- conversion between AC or DC power grid, an integrated bidirectional converter for electric vehicle to AC or DC grid was designed. Three-phase full bridge circuit was used as the main body in the converter, the traction motor winding inductance was uhilized comprehensivelyas a passive element when connected to the grid. And the converter transforms circuit structure was adopted with the contactors, so the drive traction motor, battery charging, as well as AC or DC grid energy transfer functions were realized. Compared with the traditional equipment, the new converter had the advantages of high integration, small volume and high power density-. Finally-, the test results of the prototype with the new converter were carried out under different operating conditions, and the test results verify- the performance of the new converter.
