摘　　要：目的分析2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道常住居民的主要死因,为制定科学的干预措施提供依据。方法对2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道死因数据进行整理,分析常住居民死亡率、构成比等指标。结果 2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道常住居民死亡率为251.08/10万,男性高于女性;3大类死因,其中慢性非传染性疾病构成比分别为88.21%;死因顺位前6位,分别为呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、神经系统疾病、循环系统疾病、中毒和损伤、内分泌营养和代谢,占全部死亡的97.6%。结论 2014—2016年苏州高新区某街道常住居民的主要死因以呼吸系统和肿瘤等慢性非传染性疾病为主,应加强健康教育,慢病管理,降低居民死亡率。[Objective]To analyze the main causes of death among residents in a sub-district in Suzhou Hi-tech Development Zone from 2014-2016, provide the basis for the formulation of scientific intervention measures. [Methods] The data about causes of death in a sub-district in Suzhou Hi-tech Development Zone from 2014-2016 were collected to analyze the mortality rate and constituent ratio. [Results] The mortality rate of residents in a sub-district in Suzhou Hi-tech Development Zone from 2014-2016 was 251.08/lakh, while the mortality rate of males was higher than that of females. Among the 3 major causes of death, the proportion of chronic non-communicable diseases was 88.21%. The 6 leading causes of death were respiratory diseases, tumors,nervous system diseases, circulatory system diseases, poisoning and injuries, endocrine, nutrition and metabolism, accounting for 97.6% of all deaths. [Conclusion] During 2014-2016, the main causes of death among the residents in a sub-district in Suzhou Hi-tech Development Zone are chronic non-communicable diseases such as respiratory diseases and tumors. It is necessary to strengthen health education and management of chronic diseases, to reduce the mortality rate of residents.
