摘　　要：目的了解北京市朝阳区中小学生血脂现状,分析其血脂异常可能的影响因素,为血脂异常防治策略的制定提供客观依据。方法检测中小学生血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)浓度,并与饮食习惯、运动习惯、在外就餐情况、体质指数(MBI)等因素进行多因素logistic回归分析。结果中小学生的TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C的血脂水平依次为:(4.17±0.67)、(0.74±0.44)、(1.43±0.31)、(2.52±0.63)mmol/L,不同年级间各项血脂指标水平的差异有统计学意义。血脂异常的总检出率为20.6%,男女之间血脂异常总检出率差异无统计学意义。结论肥胖、超重、运动时间、在外就餐次数、在外就餐种类、食用动物内脏、BMI是血脂异常的影响因素。[Objective]To understand the status of blood lipid of primary and middle school students in Chaoyang District of Beijing, analyze the possible influencing factors of dyslipidemia, and provide an objective basis for the formulation of prevention and control strategies for dyslipidemia. [Method] The serum levels of triglyceride（TG） and cholesterol（TC）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） in primary and secondary school students were measured. The results were analyzed with the factors of eating habits, exercise habits, eating out status and body mass index（BMI） by the multivariate regression analysis. [Results] The levels of TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in primary and middle school students were（4.17 ±0.67）,（0.74 ±0.44）,（1.43 ±0.31） and（2.52 ±0.63） mmol/L, respectively. The differences in the levels of serum lipids were statistically significant among different grades. The total detection rate of dyslipidemia was 20.6%, and the difference was not statistically significant between sex groups. [Conclusion] Obesity, overweight, exercise time, the number of eating out, the type of eating out, eating animal viscera and BMI are the influencing factors of dyslipidemia.
