摘  要:目的了解巴彦淖尔市2016年在岗职工的血压和心电图结果及影响因素。方法对巴彦淖尔市5 317名在岗职工进行血压和心电图检查,应用SPSS19.0统计软件对检查结果进行分析。结果 (1)血压测定4 992人,异常1 059人(21.21%);心电图检查5 317人,异常318人(5.98%)。(2)血压结果异常在不同地区、不同年龄、不同工龄、接触不同有害因素种类和不同行业间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。杭锦后旗血压异常率最高(52.38%),乌拉特后旗次之(31.34%);年龄在60~69岁血压异常率最高(50.00%),50~59岁次之(32.76%);工龄在7~9年异常率最高(59.22%),30~34年次之(44.38%);血压异常率在同时接触矽尘和噪声时最高(34.74%),在同时接触煤尘(煤矽尘)噪声时次之(28.80%);批发和零售业血压异常率最高(32.00%),采矿业次之(29.45%)。(3)心电图结果异常在不同地区、不同年龄、接触不同有害因素种类和不同行业间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。五原县心电图异常率最高(31.40%),磴口县次之(11.72%);心电图在年龄50~59岁的异常率最高(9.43%),在15~19岁的异常率次之(8.82%);心电图在同时接触煤尘(煤矽尘)和噪声时异常率最高(9.19%),在同时接触矽尘和噪声时次之(8.27%);心电图在制造业异常率最高(7.72%),在农、林、牧、副和渔业次之(6.78%)。(4)血压和心电图异常率在性别间的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论巴彦淖尔市在岗职工血压和心电图的影响因素有年龄、工龄、不同地区、接触职业有害因素的种类(噪声和粉尘等)及所从事行业的种类。[Objective] To understand the blood pressure and electrocardiogram(EEG) results of in-service employees in Bayannaoer City in 2016, explore the influencing factors. [Methods] 5 317 in-service employees in Bayannaoer City were examined for blood pressure and EEG, and the results were analyzed by SPSS 19.0 statistical software. [Results](1) 4 992 employees received the blood pressure examination, and 1 059(21.21%) had the abnormal results. 5 317 employees received the EEG examination, and 318(5.98%) had the abnormal results.(2) There were significant differences in abnormal rate of blood pressure among different groups in region, age, working age, type of harmful factors and industry(P〈0.05). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in Hanggin Rear Banner was the highest(52.38%), followed by Urad Houqi(31.34%). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in 60-69 year-old age group was the highest(50.00%), followed by 50-59 year-old age group(32.76%). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in working age group of 7-9 years was the highest(59.22%), followed by 30-34 years group(44.38%). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in workers exposed to silica dust and noise simultaneously was the highest(34.74%), followed by those exposed to coal dust(coal silica dust) and noise simultaneously(28.80%). The abnormal rate of blood pressure in employees in wholesale and retail(32.00%), followed by those in mining industry(29.45%).(3) There were significant differences in abnormal rate of EEG among different groups in region, age, type of harmful factors and industry(P〈0.05). The abnormal rate of EEG in Wuyuan County was the highest(31.40%), followed by Dengkou County(11.72%). The abnormal rate of EEG in 50-59 year-old age group was the highest(9.43%), followed by 15-19 year-old age group(8.82%).
