摘 要:依据玻纤池窑烟气的特点,分析了目前烟气脱硝工艺适用性,介绍了一种新的适用于玻纤池窑废气脱硝技术——臭氧氧化脱硝技术,详细论述了臭氧氧化脱硝工艺流程、主要系统组成和技术优势。臭氧氧化脱硝技术具有简单、高效、对工况适应性强等特点,在工业窑炉中具有一定的应用前景。Based on the features of exhaust gas from fiberglass furnaces and the analysis on the applicability of currentlyused technology for NOx depletion, a new technology suitable for depleting NOx in the waste gas from fiberglass furnaces, namely the technology by means of oxidation with ozone, is presented. This article describes in detail the process flow, main systems and technical advantages of the technology, affirming that this technology is characterized by simple process, high efficiancy and good suitability to operation conditions, and thus can be well used in industrial furnaces.
