摘　　要：我们报道了一种利用直流溅射仪制备的Au膜增强ZnO单晶紫外发光并且抑制可见发光的研究方法。ZnO单晶的紫外发光最大增强因子达到了4.6。可见发光几乎完全被抑制。We report a method for the study of enhancementof UV-PL and suppression of visible luminescence in ZnO single crystals by Au films prepared by DC sputtering The maximum enhancement factor of ultraviolet light emission of the ZnO single crystal reaches 4.6, and it was found that the light emission was almost completely suppressed.
