摘　　要：综述了安宁疗护的概念、国内外发展历程、照护模式、服务内容及影响因素,提出未来我国安宁疗护的发展建议。This article reviewed the concept,development process at home and abroad,care mode,service content,and the influencing factors of palliative care.It put forward the development suggestions for future palliative care in China.
