摘 要:半刚性基层沥青路面的反射裂缝问题是影响其路用性能和使用寿命的主要障碍之一。依托广州绕城高速公路裂缝处置专项工程,通过建立沥青路面反射裂缝有限元模型,研究最不利荷载条件下填缝料的受力特性以揭示其失效机理;在此基础上,开展了有效处置工艺的应用研究。结果表明:(1)反射裂缝处治失效机理在于界面过大的剪应力;(2)建议开槽断面型式为矩形,槽宽为20 mm,开槽深度为20~25 mm;(3)填缝料模量应与原沥青路面材料模量接近。The reflection crack in asphalt plus concrete pavement has been one of the main obstacles to its road performance and service life. Being based on the special project of crack disposal in Raocheng Expressway,in this paper the mechanical characteristics of joint sealant under the most unfavorable load to reveal the failure mechanism by establishing the finite element model of reflective cracking of asphalt pavement has been researched. On the basis of this,the application of effective disposal technology has been carried out. The results have shown that:( 1) The failure mechanism of reflective crack lies in the excessive shear stress in the interface;( 2) It is recommended that the slot section type is rectangle,the slot width is 20 mm,and the slot depth is 20 - 25 mm;( 3) Joint sealant modulus should be close to the asphalt pavement material modulus.
