摘 要:整车耐老化性能是整车产品质量体系最重要的环节,但目前行业内对整车的耐老化性能评价尚没有统一的方法,文章在对整车大气暴露试验结果的基础上,分别通过对问题零部件的区域和功能进行判定以后,引入加权系数,通过加权得分法和失分法两种方法,以整车性能得分值的方式更直观更有效的评价整车的耐老化性能;通过对同一款车型的应用实例总结出两种方法均能很好的对整车耐老化性能进行评价。The anti-aging performance of the whole vehicle is the most important part of whole vehicle quality system. However, there is no unified method to evaluate the aging resistance of the whole vehicle in the industry. In this paper, through regional and function of parts to determine the weighted coefficient, the weighted score method and points agaist by two methods on the vehicle atmospheric exposure test results, more directly perceived through the sense and effective evaluation of aging resistance performance of the whole vehicle by the way of the whole vehicle performance score. Through the application of the same type of vehicle, it is concluded that two methods can be uses to evaluate the aging performance of the whole vehicle.
