摘　　要：随着中国国力不断增加,国外企业大量涌入中国,对FDI区位选择影响因素的研究成为热点。但以往文献大多是从人力资本的质量层面分析研究,而以人力资本离散程度为中心的研究相对较少,故分析人力资本异质性对FDI区位选择的影响有较重要的现实意义。通过构造离散度衡量的人力资本异质性为切入点,在利用面板数据分析的基础上,通过设置地区差异性虚拟变量,研究了中、东、西部地区空间人力资本离散度对FDI区位选择的影响,得出了人力资本的离散度与FDI集聚呈负相关关系这一结论,且不同的地区影响程度也有差异性。从东部地区到中部地区再到西部地区,人力资本离散程度弹性系数逐渐递减。结果表明:外商直接投资在中国东、中、西部分布的产业结构不同。产业结构不同导致各地区人力资本离散程度对FDI的影响差别较大。其中东部地区人力资本的离散程度对FDI的影响最弱,西部地区最为敏感,中部地区的影响介于东西部地区之间。最后,根据文章结论有针对性地提出了相关对策建议。With China＇ s national strength increasing, foreign companies have poured into China. The study of affecting fac- tors of FDI become a hotspot, but most of the literature analysis and research are from the quality- of the human capital level, research centered on the discrete degree of human capital is relatively little. Therefore, the analysis of the heterogeneity- of human capital is of great significance to the effect of FDI location choice. By constructing discrete degree to measure the hu- man capital heterogeneity- as the breakthrough point, introducing the regional difference dummy variable in the panel data model,this paper analyzed the ilffluenee of human capita discrete degree on FDI location choice. It is concluded that human capital of discrete degree is negatively related to FDI agglomeration and this ilffluenee also has differences in different areas. The elastic coefficient of the discrete degree of human capital gradually dinfinishes from the eastern to the central region and the western region. The results show that the industrial structure of FDI is different in the east,nfiddle and west of China, which caused the different ilffluenees on FDI in different regions. The influenee of human capita discrete degree in the east- ern region is the weakest. The western region is the most sensitive. The influenee of the central region is between the eastern and western regions. Finally, relative countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
