摘  要:采用正交试验设计,研究不同激素配比对鸡树条荚蒾茎段和叶片组培再生的影响,建立鸡树条荚蒾组培再生体系。结果表明:适于茎段分化的培养基为:WPM+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA+20 g/L蔗糖,分化率为93.66%;适于叶片愈伤组织诱导的培养基为:WPM+2 mg/L6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+2 mg/L 2,4-D,诱导率为93.33%,添加50 mg/L维生素C、50 mg/L活性炭可使叶片的褐化现象减轻;适于生根的培养基为:WPM+1.5 mg/L IBA+1 g/L活性炭,生根率为94.62%。By orthogonal experiments, we studied the effects of different concentration of hormone ratio on the regeneration system of stem and leaves, in order to establish the tissue culture and regeneration systems of Viburnum sargenti. The most optimal medium for differentiation of stem was WPM+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L IBA, the differentiation rate was 93.66%; The most optimal medium for induce callus was MS+2 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+2 mg/L 2,4-D, the inducement rate was 93.33%. Adding 50 mg/L VC and 50 mg/L AC, the browning of the leaves can be reduced. The most optimal rooting medium was WPM+1.5 mg/L IBA+1 g/L AC, the rooting rate was 94.62%.
