摘  要:为探究杂交水稻制种赤霉素最适宜喷施时期,以陆18S和R4026为材料,研究赤霉素对陆18S群体中不同发育进度稻穗茎叶及穗部性状的影响。结果表明:喷施赤霉素时陆18S幼穗分化第八期和已抽穗的群体最大,分别占比51.7%、23.8%;陆18S开花时间较长,R4026开花时间较集中,均在9:30进入开花高峰期,父母本花期相遇率为92.56%;赤霉素喷施时期对剑叶长度和夹角无显著影响,已抽穗和第八期的单茎抽穗吐颈长度显著高于其他发育进度的稻穗;已抽穗和第八期喷施赤霉素的结实率最高,分别为32.7%、26.0%,显著高于其他发育进度的稻穗,包颈粒率最低,分别为0.0%、2.5%,显著低于其他发育进度。综合分析,在已抽出穗、第八期达到最大比例时喷施赤霉素,其效果最佳。In order to investigate the optimum spraying period of gibberellin in hybrid rice seed production, the characters of panicle stem and leaf and the Panicle Traits were studied by using Lu18 S and R4026 as materials. The results showed that the eighth stage and the heading group were the largest in the Lu18 S spikelet differentiation of Gibberellin, accounted for 51.7%, 23.8% respectively, the land Lu18 S flowering time is longer, the R4026 flowering time is more concentrated, all of them enter the flowering peak in 9:30, and the parents' meeting rate is 92.56%. The length and angle of the blade were not affected by Gibberellin spraying period, at heading and eighth stage, the neck length of the single stalk was significantly higher than that of other growth stages. The setting rates of Gibberellin were higher in heading and eighth phase, respectively, 32.7%, 26%, significantly higher than other development progress of panicle, the lowest size of the bag neck, respectively, 0%, 2.5%, significantly lower than other development progress. Analyzing synthetically, the best spraying effect was achieved by spraying gibberellin at the maximum proportion of the spike and eighth phase.
