摘　　要：农机购置补贴政策,作为一项强制性制度,其实施在推动农业机械化进程,提高农业综合生产能力,转移农村劳动力及促进产业结构调整等方面收效显著,但同时也出现了一系列问题和矛盾。对息县实施农机购置补贴的具体实践进行了案例研究,介绍了息县农机补贴的主要措施、成效和问题,从制度变迁的视角分析了农机购置补贴制度的内在机理和关键要素,将其产生的积极效益及存在的问题置于制度经济学框架下加以解释。在此基础上给出政策建议,以期进一步完善产粮大县农机具购置补贴政策。the subsidy policy of agricultural machinery purchase, as a compulsory system supply, is effective in promoting the process of agricultural mechanization, improving the comprehensive agricultural production capacity, transferring rural labor force and promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, but at the same time, a series of problems and contradictions have appeared. This paper makes a case study on the concrete practice of implementing agricultural machinery purchase subsidies in Xixian County, introduces the main measures, results and problems, analyzes the internal mechanism and key elements of the subsidy system of agricultural machinery purchase from the perspective of institutional change, and puts the positive benefits and the existing problems in the framework of institutional economics. On this basis, the policy recommendations are put forward in order to further improve the purchase subsidy policy for agricultural machinery in large grain producing counties.
