摘  要:目的结合医院实际与目标管理经验,制定军队医院护理人员积分制管理方案,并评价实施效果。方法通过监测医院护理质量指标得分情况,评价方案实施效果。结果医院病区管理、护理服务满意度、专科护理、危重症伤病员护理、健康教育5项护理质量指标得分明显提高(P≤0.05);护理差错发生率下降3.57个百分点。结论积分制管理方案的实施与医院人员类别相结合,体现科学性、可靠性、公正性,提升护理人员工作满意度和积极性,提高护理质量水平。Objective To establish and evaluate the effectiveness of point-based management strategy of nursing staff in the military hospital,based on the hospital reality and experiences on objectives management.Methods To evaluate the effect of the program by monitoring the scores of hospital nursing quality indicators. Results The nursing point-based system management had a higher degree of satisfaction( ≥( 4. 33 ± 1. 25)); 5 indicators of hospital ward management,nursing service satisfaction,nursing of critically ill patients,nursing,health education significantly improved; the incidence of nursing errors dropped by 3. 57 percentage points. Conclusion The management plan of the point-based system implemented in combination of the levels of nurses,which reflected the scientificity,reliability and fairness,and can effectively improve the level of nursing quality.
