摘　　要：文章着眼军队医院医疗质量管理面临的新形势,通过查找问题,从机构建设、思想教育、建章立制、机制建设等方面提出管理对策,提高军队医院医疗质量管理水平,推动军队医院全面建设和稳定发展。Facing the new situation of medical quality management in military hospital,we find out the related problems and put forward management countermeasures from aspects of organization construction,ideological education,establishment of chapter system and mechanism construction,in order to improve the management level of medical quality in military hospitals and promote overall construction and steady development of military hospitals.
