摘　　要：卫勤演练考核以救治为核心,以检验部队卫勤保障能力为目的。建立一套科学合理的卫勤演练时效救治评估指标体系,能够科学检验卫勤保障部队效能,发现问题,针对性开展修正与循环评估,力求提高检验部队的卫勤保障水平。卫勤演练评估对伤员救治效率、时效救治效果、卫勤力量编成合理性等几个方面进行考评,以获得客观数据及专家考评结果综合评判卫勤保障的效能。文章针对时效救治指标,采用德尔菲法,构建一套卫勤演练时效救治评估指标体系。Military medical evaluation system aims to appraise the capability of military logistic support with the center of medical care. A set of scientific and reasonable medical evaluation system can help to appraise the effect and efficiency of military logistic support,to find the problems and improve them with specific measures for higher military medical support capability. The evaluation of military medical exercise includes not only the effect and efficiency of medical treatment,but also the medical force deployment and structure,with objective data and experts＇ evaluation comprehensively assess the efficacy of military medical support. This research focuses on timely medical care indicators and builds such set of military medical care evaluation system with Delphi Method.
