摘　　要：目的探讨科学高效地做好维和医疗分队的药品筹措。方法通过分析任务区的安全形势,调查任务区的疾病谱,结合笔者一年来维和药品的管理经验,对中国赴刚果(金)维和二级医院药品筹措、运输及管理体会进行总结。结果了解各批次消耗情况,根据疾病谱和医师用药习惯进行药品筹措,既能方便临床工作开展又避免浪费。结论科学合理做好药品的筹措、运输与管理,能充分发挥药品最大效能,圆满完成维和任务。Objective Discuss how to scientifically and efficiently raise medicine in peacekeeping operation. Methods Summarize the experience of drug raising,transporting and administrating in peacekeeping operation by investigating disease spectrum,safety situation and management experience of pharmacy in the mission. Results It will be beneficial to clinical practices and avoid wasting that we raise drugs according to the drug consumption of last contingents,the customs of doctors and disease spectrums. Conclusion Scientific and reasonable measures in drug raising,transporting and administrating can generate the largest drug efficacy,and help us accomplish the mission successfully.
