摘　　要：健康体检已经成为一项基本社会福利,随之带给各体检单位批量的体检团体。团体体检不同于个人体检,其时间紧、任务重,普通的体检管理流程已不能满足要求。某体检中心在长期接待团队体检工作中,积极寻找问题,制定解决方案,引进现代企业经典的"节点管理"办法,不断规范、优化管理流程。形成体检中心独特的团队体检管理流程,充分体现体检中心快捷、方便、贴心及用心的服务宗旨。With the continuous pursuit of life quality,the health examination has become a basic social welfare treatment for various institutions,and then it brings a lot of team physical examinations to the physical examination units. Different from the personal physical examination,team physical examination will face the challenges of insufficient time and heavy task. The general medical examination management process can not meet the requirements. Our physical examination center introduces the modern enterprise classic ＂node management＂ method to manage the team physical examination work,and constantly standardizes and optimizes the management process.It has formed the unique team physical examination management process,which fully embodies the service purpose of the center： fast,convenient,considerate and attentive.
