摘  要:针对新城金矿Ⅴ号矿体机械化上向水平分层充填采矿法中二步采场受一步采场充填滤水渗流影响,造成二步采场围岩条件逐渐恶化的问题,提出了采用踏步式上向水平分层充填采矿法进行开采,通过改变原采矿方法的回采顺序,形成一种循环踏步的"踏步式"回采形式。工程应用表明,踏步式上向水平分层充填采矿法采场生产能力1 120 t/d、采矿损失率4.6%和矿石贫化率4.5%,不仅经济技术指标优良,还极大地改善了二步采场作业条件,可为同类型矿山开采提供借鉴。In the mining process of Orebody V in Xincheng Gold Mine,which is mined by mechanized upward horizontal cut and fill method,Stage 2 stope is affected by the filling water seepage from Stage 1 stope,leading to deteriorating surrounding rock conditions of the former stope. In light of the problem,the paper proposed the reciprocative upward horizontal cut and fill mining method. With the extraction sequence of the previous method modified,a reciprocative extraction process is formed. Engineering practice shows that the reciprocative upward horizontal cut and fill mining method has production capacity of 1 120 t/d,mining loss rate of 4. 6 % and ore dilution rate of 4. 5 %. The method not only has good economic and technical index,but also greatly improves the operation conditions in the Stage2 stope. The study can be used as reference by similar mines.
