摘　　要：目的 建立基于ASP模式的冠心病防治综合服务平台,评价该平台在疾病风险干预中的效果.方法 2015年1月至5月,使用随机抽样方法抽取并收集200例参与者.使用随机数字表法按照1∶1分组,分为试验组（基于ASP模式的冠心病防治综合服务平台组）（n=100例）和对照组（n=100例）.对试验组参与者邀请加入会员、门诊诊疗、遗传易感性分析、健康危险性分析、院内诊治、院内教育及随访.对照组在社区普通全科门诊进行干预.对比两组随访2年后生化指标及Framingham评分的差异.结果 两组基线资料年龄、性别组成、血压情况、糖尿病病史、BMI、高密度脂蛋白、总胆固醇、吸烟史及Framingham评分方面差异无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）.随访2年后,试验组空腹血糖、收缩压、舒张压、BMI、总胆固醇及Framingham评分均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论 基于ASP模式的冠心病防治综合服务平台能有效降低随访者心血管风险,值得在临床广泛推广.Objective To set up ASP-based comprehensive service platform for preveting coronary heart disease, and evaluate the platform＇s effect on disease risk intervention. Methods 200 participants were collected from January 2015 to May 2015. According to random number tabel method, the participants were divided into an experimental group （ASP-based mode, n=100） and a control group （n=100）. The experimental group were invited to register for membership; they were diagnosed and treated at the clinic; their genetic susceptibilities and health risk were analyzed; and they were diagnosed, treated, educated, and followed up at hospital. The control group received treatment at community out-patient clinic. The biochemical indicators and Framingham scores were compared between the two groups after 2 years＇ follow-up. Results There were no statistical differences between the two groups in age, sex, blood pressure, diabetes history, BMI, HDL, total cholesterol, smoking history, and Framingham score （all P 〉 0.05）. The fasting blood glucose, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, BMI, total cholesterol, and Framingham score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after two years follow-up （all P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated service platform can effectively reduce the cardiovascular risk, thus deserving popularization.
