摘 要:目的 探究家庭护理对自闭症社交障碍的康复干预效果.方法 将患有自闭症的78名儿童分为家庭组、参照组,康复干预方法分别为家庭护理、一般护理.家庭护理包括利用游戏形式指导儿童模仿握拳、挥手、拍手等身体语言及管理表情动作,训练语言注意力、表达能力、理解能力;儿童共度地板时光,搭建家庭护理互动平台等.一般护理包括通过干预日常活动、学习能力、生活自理、语言沟通、问题行为、感官统合、心理状态、日常饮食等培养社交能力、矫正社交障碍.结果 家庭组PEP评分、C-WISC评分比参照组高,ABC评分比参照组低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).PEP评分:家庭组感觉反应(8.44±1.26)、对外界的兴趣(6.78±1.16)、情感与关系(5.91±1.09);参照组感觉反应(5.79±1.14)、对外界的兴趣(4.05±0.08)、情感与关系(3.78±0.06).C-WISC评分:家庭组VAQ(82.75±3.02)、PAQ(75.01±8.56)、IFQ(88.46±2.17);参照组VAQ(74.21±4.91)、PAQ(70.24±2.86)、IFQ(82.74±5.03).ABC评分:家庭组交往(8.67±0.35)、生活自理(13.21±0.05)、语言(9.27±0.53)、躯体运动(10.09±0.47)、感觉(12.01±3.71);参照组交往(13.06±1.22)、生活自理(16.99±0.74)、语言(12.13±0.61)、躯体运动(15.64±1.32)、感觉(16.89±4.51).结论 家庭护理可改善自闭症社交障碍干预效果.Objective To explore the effect of family rehabilitation nursing care for autistic children with social communication obstacle. Methods 78 children with autism were divided into a family group and a reference group. The family group were intervened with family nursing care, including guiding the children doing some body language, such as making fsts, waving hands, clapping hands, etc. and managing expressions; and training their language attention, expression ability, and understanding ability; the children spent their time on the foor tegethor; the interactive platform of family care was built. The reference group's daily activities, learning ability, self-care ability, linguistic communication, problem behaviors, sensory integration, mental state, daily diet were intervened to culture their social communication ability and correct their social communication obstacles. Results The scores of PEP and C-WISC were higher and the scores of ABC were lower in the family group than in the reference group (all P 〈0.05). PEP scores the scores of sensory reaction, interest in the outside world, and emotion and relationship were (8.44 ± 1.26), (6.78 ± 1.16), and (5.91 ± 1.09) in the family group and were (5.79 ± 1.14), (4.05 ± 0.08), and (3.78 ± 0.06) in the reference group. C-WISC scores: The scores of VAQ, PAQ, and IFQ were (82.75 ± 3.02), (75.01 ± 8.56), and (88.46 ± 2.17) in the family group and were (74.21 ± 4.91), (70.24 ± 2.86), and (82.74 ± 5.03) in the reference group. ABC scores: the scores of making friends, self-care, language, body movement, and feeling were (8.67 ± 0.35), (13.21 ± 0.05), (9.27 ± 0.53), (10.09 ± 0.47), and (12.01 ± 3.71) in the family group and were (13.06 ± 1.22), (16.99 ± 0.74), (12.13 ± 0.61), (15.64 ± 1.32), and (16.89 ± 4.51) in the reference group. Conclusion Family care can improve the intervention effect of autistic social communication disorder.
