摘 要:传统的线性电源具有体积大、质量大、效率低、功率因数低等缺点,为克服这些缺点,提出一种新型高压可调高频开关电源设计方案。该方案采用半桥拓扑结构,具有控制输出电压和限制最大工作电流的能力。针对此电源,对其主电路高频变压器进行设计,提出一种改进型半桥拓扑结构;使用芯片SG3525和LM324设计一套控制电路,提出一种多段分程控制方式。利用PSPICE仿真软件设计仿真电路,对控制方案进行可行性研究。利用所提出的设计方案实现了高压调解0~1 000 V的试验样机,有效验证了该方案的可行性。Because of the big volume,the heavy weight,the low efficiency and the low power factor of the linear power supply in traditional high-voltage adjustable power supply field,one new designed project of high-voltage adjustable high-frequency switching power supply is proposed. The project is realized by half-bridge topology,which can control output voltage and can limit biggest current. Aimed at the converter,the high-frequency transformer of main power supply circuit is designed,and an advance half-bridge topology is proposed. In addition,a control circuit is layout using chip SG3525 and LM324,and one control mode of multi-step split-ranging is proposed. Feasibility study of the project was implemented by PSPICE software. One 0 ~ 1 000 V experimental prototype was realized and the feasibility of the designed project was verified by the prototype.
