摘 要:随着驻地网光纤化改造的完成,迎来了全光互联网时代的到来。高带宽+高清视频很快将成为传统业务,大量的基于宽带的增值业务即将推出,如宽带家装、家庭安防、智慧家居等。同时,"线下体验、线上销售"将成为用户增量发展的主要模式;大数据分析将指导销售人员实现主动的精准营销;个性化、差异化、特色化贯穿驻地网建设与经营的全过程;全光驻地网将进入全新的轴心时代。因此,建立新型驻地网宽带建设与运行评价体系,是运营商面前的全新课题。With the completion of customer premises network optical renovation,the age of all-optical network is coming. High speed broadband service and HD TV service will soon become the traditional service,and a large number of value-added services basing on broadband will be launched,such as home broadband service,home security service,smart home and so on. At the same time,‘offline experience+online sales' will become the major approach to develop customers. Big data analysis will help the staff to achieve the initiative precision marketing. Personalization,differentiation and specialization will be the main characteristics of customer premises network construction and operation,all-optical customer premises network will enter a new axis era. Therefore,to establish a new broadband operation and construction evaluation system of customer premises network is a new topic for operators.
