摘  要:通过对SA335 P91材料过热器出口集箱焊接裂纹位置、裂纹走向及金相特征综合分析,我们认为裂纹与焊接材料的纯度及焊接过程控制有关。根据分析结果,通过调整焊接材料,并对制造过程中的装配点固焊、预热、后热、背面保护、焊接参数选择等进行控制,最终避免了焊接裂纹的产生,确保了焊缝的质量,及时地完成了产品的交付。The comprehensive analysis on welding cracks position, cracks strike and metallographic characteristics of SA335 P91 steel Superheater outlet header indicates that cracks are in relation to the pureness of welding material and welding process control. Based on analysis result, by means of adjustment on welding material and control on the tack welding of assembly, preheating, post-heating, backing shielding and welding parameters selection during fabrication process, finally the welding quality can be ensured by avoiding the occurrence of welding cracks, so as to complete the product delivery in time.
