摘 要:利用矩阵式LED背光,局域基色去饱和算法根据图像局部内容降低基色的饱和度,从而降低子场图像之间的色差,抑制色彩分裂现象。本文主要研究了局域基色去饱和算法中色彩分裂现象与背光分区数之间的关系。结果表明:背光分区数越多,图像色彩分裂现象抑制作用越显著,但在权衡背光系统成本与图像画质的前提下,当背光分区数为496,该背光分区数下色彩分裂显著点数占背光分区数为1×1下色彩分裂显著点数的比例降至20%,有效抑制了色彩分裂现象,大大提升了图像画质。A light-emitting diodes(LEDs)matrix backlight can be used to suppress the perceived color breakup by controlling the backlight temporally and spatially.The backlight colors could be locally desaturated according to the local image content,so the color difference between fields is reduced and the perceived color breakup is suppressed.In this paper,the relationship between color breakup and backlight division number for LPD algorithm is investigated.After weighing the cost of the backlight system as well as image quality,the results indicate that a 496 resolution of LEDs matrix is reasonable to greatly enhance image quality,when the proportion of distorted pixels(MOS 〉2.5)on backlight is limited to 20%.
