摘 要:通过对NOx生成机理结合实际工况和生产条件的研究,掌握了不同燃料条件下链篦机-回转窑球团生产过程NOx的排放规律,查明了空气中氮气的高温氧化和燃料中氮的燃烧是NOx的主要来源。在此基础上,提出从优化原燃料结构、降低球团焙烧温度、采用先进再燃及烟气循环一体化技术着手,通过源头控制、过程控制和末端治理三者的协同控制,最终实现链篦机-回转窑球团生产过程低NOx排放。The NOxemission rules during grate-kiln pellets production process on the condition of different fuels were obtained by studying the generation mechanism of NOxcombined with the actual manufacture conditions and production conditions.It was found that the main sources of NOx were the high temperature oxidation of nitrogen in air and the burning of nitrogen element in fuels.Based on that,the optimizing of the structure of raw materials and fuels,reduction of the roasting temperature and application of an advanced reburning coupled with flue gas recycle technology were proposed.Finally,low NOxemission in grate-kiln pelletizing process was realized through the synergetic control strategy of source reduction,process control and end treatment.
