摘　　要：脂肪水肿是继发于局部脂肪异常沉积，以下肢对称性增粗为特征的一种疾病，多发生于女性，尤以青春期和妊娠期为主，在其早期阶段易与淋巴水肿相混淆。通过广泛查阅近年来关于原发性脂肪水肿的相关文献，就脂肪水肿的临床症状体征、诊断治疗进行总结，以期为临床医师提供有益的参考。Lipedema is secondary to local fat deposition, a disease characterized by the symmetric thickening of lower limbs, mostly occurs in women, especially in adolescence and pregnancy. In its early stage, it could be easily confused with lymphedema. Extensive literature review on primary fat edema in recent years, as well as a summary of the clinical symptoms and signs and diagnosis and treatment of lipedema were conducted, so as to provide a useful reference for clinicians.
