摘 要:将分布磁路法应用于隐极同步发电机空载气隙磁场解析计算中,采用分布磁路法充分考虑磁路饱和的影响,在此基础上,通过计算定、转子开槽时气隙相对比磁导函数,进一步分析了定、转子齿槽效应对气隙磁场的影响。对比有限元仿真结果,可以发现利用分布磁路法并考虑齿槽效应的解析计算结果精确度较高,对比不同半径处的气隙磁密计算结果,气隙中心位置处的磁密波形与有限元仿真结果吻合度极高,从而验证了计及定、转子齿槽效应的分布磁路法计算隐极同步发电机空载气隙磁场的有效性和准确性,为该类电机精确设计和性能分析提供了理论基础。In this paper, the distributed magnetic circuit approach was applied to calculate the air-gap magnetic field distribution of non-salient pole synchronous generator. The influence of the magnetic circuit saturation can be considered effectively by the distributed magnetic circuit approach. Furthermore, the relative permeance function of air-gap was calculated by conformal transformation method, which considered the effect of stator and rotor slotting. The calculated air-gap magnetic flux density was compared with that obtained from finite-element method simulation. The calculation result considering the effect of slotting is more accurate. Especially, air-gap magnetic flux density waveform at the centerline of the air-gap is the most accurate and effective. The good agreement between calculated and simulation results verifies the accuracy of the distributed magnetic circuit approach with considering the effect of slotting, which provides a reliable guarantee for the generator design and performance analysis.
