摘 要:为进一步研究变压器绕组径向振动机理、绕组振动在油中的传播特性及规律,该文建立了基于欧拉梁的绕组径向振动及油中振动的传播模型,利用激光测振仪和振动加速度传感器试验研究了绕组径向振动、压板轴向振动特性,定义了功率传播比研究了不同电流下绕组振动的传递规律。对单相10kV电力变压器的研究结果表明,绕组的径向振动与压板轴向振动具有相同的数量级,两者对于振动的传播均有重要的作用;振动在油中传播过程中会因传播距离以及与油箱壁的入射角的增大而减弱对于油箱表面振动的影响,因此油箱表面振动主要受其相邻区域的绕组振动影响;轻载条件下,油箱表面的绕组振动主要来自于固体传播,而随着负载电流的增大,由变压器油传播而来的绕组振动功率增加;选择油箱表面靠近绕组振动强烈的区域进行振动监测可以获得较高的信噪比。研究结论可为基于振动分析法的变压器绕组机械状态检测方法提供依据。To further investigate the mechanism of winding radial vibration as well as vibration propagation characteristics in oil, this paper establishes the radial vibration model based on Euler-Bernoulli beam and the model of vibration propagation in oil, uses laser vibrometer and accelerometer to study the winding radial vibration, axial vibration of clamping plates. Meanwhile, the vibration-power-ratio is used to describe the vibration propagation characteristics under different load currents. The experimental results on a single phase transformer with 10 kV show that the winding radial and axial vibration of clamping plates share the same order in magnitude. This means both of the axial and radial vibration play important roles in vibration propagation. The amplitude of vibration propagated to tank decays with the increase of distance and the incident angle to tank wall, which make the tank vibration mainly affected by the winding vibration in the adjacent area. As for the propagation path, the oil tank vibration is mainly from the solid under the condition of light load. However, with the increase of the load current, the vibration power on tank increases from oil propagation. A high signal-to-noise ratio can be obtained by selecting the surface of the oil tank near the strong-vibration region. The conclusion can provide an important basis for the detection of transformer winding mechanical state based on the vibration analysis method.
